Dayforce by Ceridian Implementation Specialist  Remote (1099 only)

  •  ESSENTIAL DUTIES: • Implement changes to the system to improve efficiency including launching new modules; Upgrades and patches  • Coordinate and implement changes to Ceridian Dayforce as per set priorities with HR Programs Manager to ensure timely and accurate deployment of system enhancements. Resolve issues to ensure successful release.
    KEY DELIVERABLES: 
    • Migration from current HRIS or implement new Dayforce modules  • Dayforce Onboarding Module • Improving the current workflows and approval path including the guided processes for hiring and terminations  • Set up or improvement the functionality of Document Management  • Learning Module • Recruiting Module• Set up reporting and push for reports to managers  • Set up Benefits Enrollment  • Others as required
     QUALIFICATIONS:  • At least 3 Years’ experience in Human Resources and/or Payroll system implementation – Dayforce Pay, Benefits & WFM  • Experience with change management • Collaborate & work effectively within cross functional teams • Excellent communication skills
