Ceridian DayForce Implementation Specialist
ESSENTIAL DUTIES: • Implement changes to the system to improve efficiency including launching new modules; Upgrades and patches • Coordinate and implement changes to Ceridian Dayforce as per set priorities with HR Programs Manager to ensure timely and accurate deployment of system enhancements. Resolve issues to ensure successful release.
• Migration from current HRIS or implement new Dayforce modules • Dayforce Onboarding Module • Improving the current workflows and approval path including the guided processes for hiring and terminations • Set up or improvement the functionality of Document Management • Learning Module • Recruiting Module• Set up reporting and push for reports to managers • Set up Benefits Enrollment • Others as required
QUALIFICATIONS: • At least 3 Years’ experience in Human Resources and/or Payroll system implementation – Dayforce Pay, Benefits & WFM • Experience with change management • Collaborate & work effectively within cross functional teams • Excellent communication skills
